Qualifications include a nursing degree from an accredited program, at least one year of RN experience, and a current RN license. Preferred experience includes ICU, PCU, or ED settings, with ACLS & PALS certification within a year. Strong communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and computer skills are essential.
