Role: Inpatient RN providing direct patient care in a clinical setting, with responsibilities including assessments, treatments, medication administration, and diagnostic procedures.
Responsibilities: Develops and implements individualized care plans, educates patients and families, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, evaluates intervention effectiveness, and promotes teamwork and safety initiatives. Participates in quality improvement and evidence-based practice activities.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program; interest in Cardiac, Thoracic, and Vascular surgical care preferred. Strong teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
