Part-Time Day Heart & Vascular RN
Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care for cardiac and vascular patients in a collaborative healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring
- Administer prescribed medications and manage treatment plans
- Monitor telemetry and respond to clinical changes
- Support pre- and post-procedural care to ensure safe outcomes
- Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care
- Collaborate with cardiologists, surgeons, and allied staff for coordinated care
- Maintain accurate documentation and promote seamless care transitions
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Nurse (RN) with strong clinical judgment and assessment skills
- Competence in cardiac/vascular patient care, medication administration, and telemetry monitoring
- Sound understanding of procedural care workflows and patient education
- Commitment to safety, accurate documentation, and teamwork
- Willingness to engage in ongoing education and learn advanced cardiac technologies
