Role: Registered nurse providing direct patient care on a 24-bed cardiac unit serving cardiac, observation, and neuro patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patient condition and respond to clinical changes.
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans.
- Administer prescribed treatments and medications safely and accurately.
- Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team to support continuity and quality.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and timely nursing documentation.
- Promote patient safety and deliver evidence-based nursing care.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong clinical assessment and monitoring skills for cardiac and neuro patients.
