We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for coordinating comprehensive nursing care, including direct patient interactions, patient/family education, and transitions of care.
The RN supports professional nursing practice across various settings, adhering to the Mayo Clinic Nursing Practice Model and ANA standards. Key responsibilities include planning, implementing, evaluating, and communicating all phases of patient care, providing leadership through mentorship, informal leadership roles, and quality improvement initiatives.
The role requires excellent communication, mentoring, and critical thinking skills. The RN delegates tasks based on skill level, patient acuity, and resource availability.
