In this role, you will implement and monitor patient care plans, serve as a primary coordinator among healthcare disciplines, follow physician and nurse orders, and assist with discharge planning.
Requirements include licensure as a Registered Nurse from the Tennessee Board or a multi-state license, BLS and Advanced Life Support certifications within specified timeframes, and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
