Role: Inpatient RN responsible for delivering patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, in accordance with nursing standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
- Coordinate and implement patient education and discharge planning.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to meet patient needs.
- Delegate tasks, troubleshoot equipment, and participate in quality and safety initiatives.
- Participate in unit-based decision-making and evidence-based practice activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (required).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong communication skills.
