Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care within a clinical setting, including assessments, treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies, in accordance with established standards and policies.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, coordinate, and evaluate individualized care plans; provide education to patients and families; monitor patient responses and adjust interventions; delegate tasks appropriately to team members; troubleshoot equipment issues; participate in quality improvement initiatives; and promote safety and teamwork.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing; demonstrate strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills; be willing to learn and grow within a dynamic environment; and hold a valid nursing license or be eligible to work under a Temporary Practice Permit until NCLEX is obtained.
Key Duties: Manage patient care for a new advanced acute care unit with private rooms; work evening shifts with support for professional development; participate in patient safety and quality initiatives; and contribute to a collaborative, safety-focused environment.
