Role Overview: Providing comprehensive inpatient nursing care in a dynamic, newly established unit, adhering to established standards and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures, following policies and procedures.
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate intervention effectiveness.
- Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families throughout their stay.
- Coordinate discharge planning, patient education, and family support in collaboration with healthcare team members.
- Delegate tasks appropriately, promote teamwork, and adapt assignments based on patient acuity and staff skills.
- Engage in problem-solving, troubleshooting equipment, and participating in evidence-based practice initiatives.
- Contribute to quality and safety programs, support organizational goals, and uphold safety protocols.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (Required).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and adapt to new challenges.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and collaborative skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a new, innovative nursing unit.
