The role involves performing treatments, medications, and diagnostics, evaluating intervention effectiveness, and ensuring optimal patient and family experiences. RNs collaborate proactively with physicians and staff, troubleshoot equipment, and participate in quality and safety initiatives. Qualifications include graduation from a nursing specialty program and the ability to meet unit standards. Skills required are clinical assessment, communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and a commitment to safety. The position offers a 0.9 FTE schedule with straight night shifts, rotating weekends and holidays.
