Role Overview: This position involves delivering comprehensive inpatient nursing care, including assessments, treatments, medications, and diagnostics, in accordance with state standards. The RN collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and coordinate care plans, including patient education and discharge planning.
- Evaluate patient responses and revise care strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with physicians and team members, delegate tasks, and adapt assignments as needed.
- Participate in unit-based decision-making and quality improvement initiatives.
- Engage in patient safety and organizational safety programs.
- Support evidence-based practices and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a recognized nursing program (required).
- Interest or experience in cardiac nursing preferred; willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting, particularly during evening, night, and holiday shifts.
