Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for providing direct patient care, assessments, and care coordination within a clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments and address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
- Develop, coordinate, and implement individualized care plans, including patient and family education and discharge planning.
- Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic tests according to policies and procedures.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to resolve patient needs proactively.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and participate in evidence-based practice decision-making.
- Contribute to quality and safety initiatives, ensuring high standards of care and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
