Role Overview: This position is for a full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, performing, and evaluating nursing care to meet patient needs.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, provide direct care including treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment issues, participate in evidence-based practice decisions, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduation from a nursing specialty training program is required; a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred. Must demonstrate compassionate patient care, strong collaboration, problem-solving abilities, and adherence to policies.
Additional Details: Work hours are typically in the evening shift, with every other weekend and holiday commitments. The role involves working in a clinical environment, with an emphasis on teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
