Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in accordance with state standards, utilizing the nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostics.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans with input from interdisciplinary teams.
- Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
- Coordinate patient education, discharge planning, and family support throughout hospitalization.
- Evaluate effectiveness of interventions and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with physicians, ancillary staff, and team members, delegating tasks based on skill and patient needs.
- Promote teamwork, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in evidence-based practice initiatives.
- Engage in quality and safety programs, contributing to departmental and organizational improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (required).
- Experience in clinical nursing practice.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic patient situations and collaborate effectively.
