Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in accordance with state standards.
Key Responsibilities: Providing direct patient treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures; conducting assessments; addressing patients’ physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs; planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans; educating patients and families; collaborating with interdisciplinary teams; delegating tasks; troubleshooting equipment; participating in quality and safety initiatives; promoting teamwork and evidence-based practices.
Qualifications & Skills: Nursing degree from a specialty training program; ability to work in a clinical environment; strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills; commitment to safety and quality care.
