Role Summary: This is a full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse position offering up to a $24,000 hiring incentive. The role involves assessing, planning, performing, and evaluating nursing activities to meet patient needs, promoting safety, patient satisfaction, and compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, develop and coordinate care plans, provide direct care (treatments, medications, diagnostics), evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, participate in quality and safety initiatives, and contribute to team goals and metrics.
The position requires meeting unit-specific qualifications, complying with policies, and engaging in unit-based decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing is required. Ability to work in a clinical environment, demonstrate compassionate care, and participate in ongoing education and safety programs.
