Responsibilities: Assess, plan, execute, and evaluate nursing activities to meet patient needs; promote safety and satisfaction; coordinate interdisciplinary care; perform treatments, medications, and diagnostics; evaluate intervention outcomes; collaborate with healthcare team; troubleshoot equipment; contribute to evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Nursing degree from a specialty training program; ability to address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs; strong communication and teamwork skills; commitment to safety and patient experience.
