Role Overview: This position is for a full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, providing, and evaluating patient care in a clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments, address physical and psychosocial needs, develop and implement care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, and participate in quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing. Strong communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills are essential.
