Role Overview: This position is for a full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a Medical-Surgical Remote Telemetry unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, perform, and evaluate nursing activities to meet patient needs, promoting safety and satisfaction.
- Coordinate patient care, including treatments, medications, diagnostics, and education, while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
- Complete assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and revise care plans based on patient responses.
- Participate in unit decision-making, safety initiatives, and quality improvement activities.
- Troubleshoot equipment, support evidence-based practices, and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program, with the ability to provide holistic care, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and excellence. Prior experience is preferred but not specified.
