Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, and participate in quality and safety initiatives. Ensure optimal patient and family experiences by addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing. Demonstrates strong assessment, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
