Role Overview: The Inpatient Registered Nurse provides comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
Key Responsibilities: Conducts assessments, develops and implements individualized care plans, administers treatments and medications, and evaluates intervention outcomes. Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, troubleshoot equipment, and participate in evidence-based practice decisions. Actively engages in quality, safety, and patient education initiatives to enhance care delivery and patient experience.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires graduation from a nursing specialty training program; a bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred. Demonstrates compassionate care, strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adherence to policies. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
