Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a modern, state-of-the-art adult Acute Care Medical Unit.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer treatments and medications, and evaluate patient responses. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and participate in quality and safety initiatives. Engage in unit-based decision-making, promote best practices, and support patient and family education and discharge planning.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing. Demonstrates excellent clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Committed to safety, quality improvement, and professional growth.
Key Duties: Perform assessments, provide direct patient care, revise care plans based on patient responses, troubleshoot equipment, and contribute to a positive team environment. Participate actively in safety, education, and organizational initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff development.
