Role Overview: The Inpatient Registered Nurse provides comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs. They collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, including patient and family education, discharge planning, and treatment administration. The RN evaluates intervention effectiveness, manages equipment, and participates in evidence-based practice decision-making. They are responsible for ensuring high-quality, safe, and compassionate care, promoting patient satisfaction and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments and formulate care plans according to scope of practice and standards.
- Deliver direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostics.
- Coordinate with healthcare team members to meet patient needs and resolve issues proactively.
- Participate in quality improvement, safety programs, and unit-based decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
