Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse in a specialized acute care unit, providing comprehensive patient care, assessments, and care planning.
Responsibilities: Perform and evaluate nursing activities, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, administer treatments and medications, and monitor patient responses. Promote safety, patient satisfaction, and quality care through compassionate interactions and evidence-based practices. Participate in safety and quality improvement initiatives and unit decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program (required), Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred. Ability to assess, plan, implement, and revise patient care. Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Commitment to safety, quality, and patient-centered care.
