Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse in a fast-paced, 24-bed advanced acute care unit.
Responsibilities: Assess and plan patient care, deliver treatments, medications, and diagnostics, and evaluate intervention effectiveness.
Coordinate with interdisciplinary team, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and promote safety and patient satisfaction.
Participate in quality and safety initiatives, troubleshoot equipment, and contribute to evidence-based practices.
Ensure optimal patient and family interactions and facilitate discharge planning.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a Specialty Training Program-Nursing.
Strong assessment, communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with staff and physicians.
Key Duties: Complete assessments, develop and implement care plans, provide direct patient care, and participate in unit decision-making.
Engage in ongoing education, safety protocols, and organizational improvements.
