Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse providing comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced, 24-bed acute care unit.
Responsibilities: Assess patient needs, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, deliver treatments and medications, and evaluate intervention effectiveness. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, compassionate care and optimal patient outcomes. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, troubleshoot equipment issues, and promote patient and family satisfaction through education and engagement. Maintain compliance with policies and standards, and contribute to unit goals and safety programs.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a nursing specialty training program. Demonstrates strong assessment, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to handle complex medical conditions including telemetry, postoperative care, and chronic illnesses such as pneumonia, COPD, cardiac, renal, and GI disorders. Commitment to patient safety, quality, and continuous learning.
