Role Overview: An Inpatient RN provides comprehensive patient care in an advanced acute care unit, assessing, planning, and evaluating nursing activities to meet patient needs.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address physical and psychosocial needs, develop and coordinate care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, and participate in quality and safety initiatives.
