Role Overview: This is a full-time Inpatient RN position on an advanced acute care medical unit, responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering comprehensive patient care.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address patients’ physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, develop and coordinate care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in quality and safety initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program, with the ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a clinical environment. Strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and adherence to policies are essential.
