Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, providing, and evaluating patient care to ensure safety, satisfaction, and optimal health outcomes.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, develop and coordinate care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, and participate in quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program; possess necessary licensure; demonstrate compassionate care and teamwork; committed to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.
Key Duties:
