Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention outcomes, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, and participate in quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a nursing specialty training program (required), Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred). Demonstrates compassionate care, strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
Additional Duties: Promote patient safety, satisfaction, and adaptive responses; ensure adherence to policies; contribute to unit decision-making and evidence-based practices; and actively engage in professional development activities.
