Role Overview: Responsible for providing comprehensive inpatient nursing care, including assessments, treatments, medication administration, and diagnostic studies, while ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
- Provide direct patient care, evaluate intervention effectiveness, and adjust plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with physicians and staff to resolve patient needs proactively.
- Participate in unit decision-making, quality improvement, and safety initiatives.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and promote evidence-based practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required); Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Ability to perform comprehensive assessments and coordinate care effectively.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
