Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) providing direct patient care in a clinical environment.
Responsibilities: Perform assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and develop care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic tests while evaluating their effectiveness. Collaborate proactively with physicians and staff to resolve patient needs, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in evidence-based practice decisions. Contribute to quality and safety initiatives, ensuring optimal patient and family experiences through compassionate interactions and coordinated care activities.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program (required), Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred). Demonstrates strong clinical assessment, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Committed to safety, quality improvement, and patient-centered care.
