Position: Inpatient Registered Nurse
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, provide direct patient care including treatments and medications, evaluate intervention outcomes, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment issues, participate in evidence-based practice decisions, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program (required), Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred). Must demonstrate compassionate patient interactions, promote safety, and coordinate care to enhance patient satisfaction.
Key Duties: Promote adaptive responses, ensure optimal patient and family experiences, coordinate staff interactions, and meet organizational standards. Work typically involves clinical environment responsibilities, with accountability for job obligations and policy compliance.
