Role Overview: The Inpatient Registered Nurse provides comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting, assessing, planning, and evaluating nursing activities to meet patient needs.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, develop and coordinate care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, participate in evidence-based practice decisions, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a specialty nursing training program (required), Bachelor’s degree preferred. Demonstrates compassionate care, teamwork, problem-solving, and adherence to policies.
Work Environment & Schedule: Typically performed in a clinical setting with private rooms, handling a broad range of medical conditions, including remote telemetry. Schedule includes 12-hour shifts, with every other weekend and holiday requirements.
