Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, assessments, and education within a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete assessments based on scope of practice and standards.
- Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
- Develop, coordinate, and implement individualized care plans, including discharge planning and patient education.
- Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies following policies.
- Evaluate nursing interventions and adjust care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to resolve patient needs.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and participate in evidence-based practice decision-making.
- Contribute to quality improvement and safety initiatives as a team member.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required), Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred). Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential.
