Role Overview: The Inpatient RN provides comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting, focusing on assessments, treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies. They address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families across the continuum of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops, coordinates, and implements individualized care plans with interdisciplinary teams.
- Provides direct patient care, including treatments and education, and evaluates intervention effectiveness.
- Collaborates with physicians and team members to resolve patient needs proactively.
- Participates in decision-making, quality improvement, and safety initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
