Role Overview: This position involves providing comprehensive inpatient nursing care, including assessments, treatments, medications, and diagnostics, following established standards and policies. The RN collaborates with the healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, ensuring physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care and perform assessments within scope of practice.
- Coordinate and educate patients and families on care plans and discharge processes.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to address patient needs.
