Role: Inpatient RN responsible for delivering compassionate direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and coordinate care including treatments, medications, and diagnostics. Evaluate intervention effectiveness, revise care plans, and ensure smooth discharge planning. Collaborate proactively with physicians and team members, troubleshoot equipment, participate in evidence-based practice decisions, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduation from a nursing specialty training program; ability to perform comprehensive assessments; strong communication and teamwork skills; commitment to safety and patient satisfaction; and alignment with organizational values of kindness, excellence, learning, innovation, and safety.
