Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, formulate and coordinate individualized care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, participate in evidence-based practice decisions, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program, possess strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills, and demonstrate compassionate patient interactions.

Environment & Additional Info: Work primarily in private and semi-private rooms with diverse medical conditions, including orthopedic and surgical patients.
