Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for providing compassionate, high-quality patient care in a clinical environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Providing direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
- Evaluating and adjusting nursing interventions based on patient responses.
- Engaging in patient and family education, discharge planning, and addressing holistic needs.
- Collaborating proactively with physicians, ancillary staff, and team members to resolve patient needs.
- Participating in quality improvement, safety programs, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
- Troubleshooting equipment and ensuring safety standards are maintained.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Additional Details: The role involves working in private or semi-private rooms with a diverse patient population, including orthopedic and surgical cases. It requires working evening or night shifts, every other weekend, and holidays. The position emphasizes patient safety, quality care, teamwork, and continuous learning.
