Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, provide treatments, medications, and diagnostic tests, and evaluate patient responses. Collaborate proactively with interdisciplinary teams, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and participate in quality and safety initiatives. Ensure adherence to policies, troubleshoot equipment issues, and contribute to evidence-based practice and unit decision-making. Promote safety, patient satisfaction, and optimal outcomes through effective communication and teamwork.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Demonstrate strong assessment, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills. Exhibit compassionate care and commitment to quality.
Key Duties: Complete assessments, formulate and implement care plans, provide direct care, evaluate interventions, and participate in unit activities. Uphold organizational policies, promote safety, and improve patient experiences.
Work environment involves primarily private and semi-private rooms with a broad patient population, including orthopedic and surgical patients, with onsite therapy services.
