Role: The RN Clinical Nurse collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, safe, patient-centered care in a clinical setting. They assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care based on evidence-based practices, ensuring individualized treatment that considers cultural diversity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform nursing processes using critical thinking and evidence-based standards.
- Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education, making patient goals central to care plans.

Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Active RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, ACLS certifications required upon hire.
- Less than 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
