Role: Provides clinical leadership in an acute inpatient setting, ensuring patient/family-centered care by applying evidence-based nursing practices.
Responsibilities: Conducts comprehensive patient assessments, develops and updates individualized care plans, collaborates with healthcare team, and ensures safe, quality, and cost-effective care. Delegates tasks appropriately, monitors care quality, and evaluates patient outcomes. Educates patients and families, advocates for their needs, and maintains documentation. Ensures compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards. Participates in performance improvement initiatives and promotes safety. Performs duties within scope of practice and adheres to licensure requirements.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires an Associate degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), one year RN experience or equivalent residency/training, and a current RN license. Demonstrates strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills. Maintains professional development and licensure.
