Registered Nurse – Acute Care – Full Time – Days

Role Overview:
The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary care team, providing individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care in a clinical setting supported by evidence-based practice and organizational models. They ensure compliance with state nursing regulations and professional standards, advocating for patient voices while promoting service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnoses, care planning, implementation, and evaluation using critical thinking and evidence-based practices.
  • Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations, involving patients and families in the care process.
  • Coordinate safe, quality care through effective communication, documentation, and collaboration with healthcare team members.
  • Participate in performance improvement, research activities, and professional development, including mentoring and precepting peers.
  • Promote evidence-based practice, adhere to policies, and contribute to protocol development to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Efficiently utilize resources, plan care across the continuum, and support organizational safety and quality initiatives.

  • Qualifications & Skills:
    • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; Bachelors preferred.
    • Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.
    • At least 2 years of direct patient care experience.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and critical thinking skills.
    • Ability to operate technology effectively and respond decisively in emergency situations.
