Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse providing direct patient care in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic tests, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, participate in evidence-based practice decisions, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications: Graduate of a nursing specialty training program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Skills: Compassionate patient interaction, clinical judgment, teamwork, problem-solving, and adherence to policies. Certification in ACLS and training on stroke scales may be required.
