Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating patient care in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
- Provide direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, discharge planning, and patient education.
- Evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and evidence-based practice discussions.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure adherence to policies and standards.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Current RN licensure and certification, with ACLS certification for specific units.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment with a commitment to safety and quality.
