Role Overview: The Inpatient Registered Nurse provides compassionate, evidence-based care in a clinical setting, assessing, planning, executing, and evaluating nursing activities to meet patient needs.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and coordinate personalized care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, participate in safety and quality initiatives, and promote patient and family education.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduation from a specialty nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must obtain ACLS certification. Experience with cardiac protocols and stroke care is advantageous. Demonstrates strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and commitment to safety and quality improvement.
Key Duties: Respond to patient needs, prioritize safety, support organizational goals, and contribute to a positive patient experience. Actively engage in unit-based decision-making, safety programs, and professional growth opportunities.
Additional Info: Work hours include 7a-7:30p with every other weekend and holiday shifts. The role emphasizes safety, collaboration, diversity, and continuous learning in a supportive environment.
