Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment issues, participate in evidence-based practice decisions, and promote patient safety and satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills: Nursing degree (specialty training required; Bachelor’s preferred), valid licensure, and ACLS certification. Experience with cardiac drips and stroke care is advantageous. Demonstrates compassionate, patient-centered care, strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
