Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities:
Perform assessments and develop individualized care plans aligned with unit standards.
Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
Provide direct care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
Evaluate and adjust nursing interventions based on patient responses.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.
Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and evidence-based practice.
Engage in decision-making and contribute to unit and organizational goals.
Support patient education, discharge planning, and promote positive patient experiences.
Ensure safety and compliance with policies, including acquiring required certifications like ACLS.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate of a nursing specialty program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Ability to perform assessments, coordinate care, and communicate effectively.
Commitment to safety, quality, and compassionate patient interactions.
Certifications such as ACLS are required for specific units.
Experience in cardiac care, stroke education, and use of cardiac drips is advantageous.
