Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting.
Key Duties: Conduct assessments, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, provide treatments, administer medications, and perform diagnostic studies. Evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, and participate in quality and safety initiatives. Ensure optimal patient and family experiences through compassionate interactions and effective communication.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must obtain ACLS certification; experience with cardiac drips and stroke education is advantageous. Demonstrates strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and quality care.
Environment & Additional Details: Typically performed in a clinical setting, with responsibilities including patient assessments, care coordination, and adherence to policies. Requires participation in unit-specific protocols, including emergency response and stroke care.
